WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Bryan Horton, Renewal by Andersen, to an Egress Window Non-Compliance Determination at 555 SARATOGA STREET SOUTH; the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant a 1-inch variance on the openable height of one double hung replacement egress bedroom window measuring 23 inches high by 24 inches wide, and grant a 6-inch variance on the openable height of one double hung replacement egress bedroom window measuring 18 inches high by 28 inches wide; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
