Title
Amending the financing and spending plans in the Fire Department in the amount of $9,468.75 for the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation grant.
Body
WHEREAS, the Fire Department applied for and received a grant of $9,468.75 from the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation for a thermal image camera and flight helmet; and
WHEREAS, the financing and spending plans have not been established from the grant received; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available for appropriation funds of $9,468.75 in excess of those estimated in the 2016 budget; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor recommends the following changes be made to the 2016 budget - See Attachment - "Firehouse Subs Grant Financial Analysis"
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council accepts this grant, and hereby approves the changes to the 2016 budget referenced in this resolution.
